CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:
We do not accept returns of custom made items, nor do we offer tailoring services once you receive your items. Please read the description of items, review the size charts carefully, & submit accurate measurements before placing your order. We try our very best to make sure our displays represent the colors of our fabrics accurately, but we can’t guarantee you’ll see them perfectly due to differing screen resolutions.
STOCK & VINTAGE ITEMS:
We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges for these products! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your purchase and let us know what’s going on.
We do not offer refunds for shipping fees. We also do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged within the post systems.
